2005
Tracing back through time to the days of 2005, a particularly significant date—July 25—marked the birth of PCC5, officially named Power Construction Joint Stock Company No. 5.
In its early days, PCC5 faced numerous challenges and hardships. However, driven by a great ambition and unwavering passion, along with the steadfast leadership and the unified commitment of all its staff, the company has steadily grown and evolved. With resilience and determination, PCC5 has continuously developed, laying the foundation for its strong presence in Vietnam’s power infrastructure industry.
2007
Execution of the Dung Quat Oil Refinery Project – the first oil refinery in Vietnam. Final settlement value exceeding USD 5,800,000 with the EPC Contractor Technip.
2008
Execution of the Phong Dien 1 Wind Power Plant Project – the first wind power plant in Vietnam.
2009
Execution of 02 Projects for the 220kV GIS Substations at Binh Tan and Hiep Binh Phuoc.
2010
Execution of the Project for Undergrounding the 110kV Nam Long Transmission Line.
2011
Execution of the Dung Quat Bio - Ethanol Fuel Production Plant Project.
2012
Execution of the Bien Dong 1 Project and the Hai Su Trang – Hai Su Den Project with the EPC Contractor PTSC MC.
2013
Execution of the Nghi Son Oil Refinery Project.
2014
Execution of the 220kV Cu Chi Substation Project.
2015
Execution of the Thai Binh 2 Thermal Power Plant Project.
2016
Supply of 110kV Substation Materials and Equipment to Southern Power Corporation Co., Ltd.; Execution of the 220kV Nam Sai Gon – District 8 Transmission Line Project.
2017
Execution of the Project for Undergrounding the 110kV Yen Phu – Tran Hung Dao Transmission Line.
2018
Execution of the Project for Undergrounding the 110kV Tay Ho – Yen Phu Transmission Line.
2019
Implementation and execution of the EPC Contract for the Long Thanh 1 Solar Power Plant Project – 50MWp; the Project was completed and commissioned in compliance with safety requirements, quality standards, and the approved schedule.
